How do I get my jewellery to you?

Our Legacy clients are based all throughout the UK, and even further afield.

For clients who we are unable to meet in-person, we will send you a postal pack. This will have all the packaging you need to securely and safely send your jewellery to us via a fully insured and traceable service.

For peace of mind, you will be contacted as soon as your jewellery has arrived with us the next morning and your jewellery is fully insured whilst in our care.

If - after your design has been finalised to exact size and scale, using the dimensions of your diamonds and gemstones - you decide not to go ahead with your Legacy transformation, we will send your jewellery back to you using the same, secure, tracked service.
