How Long does it take to Reimagine your Jewellery?

Ultimately, there are two stages to the Legacy Experience: The initial design stage and then the actual creation of your Legacy jewellery.

The design process can be anything from a few days to several weeks. Some clients have a very clear idea of what they would love to create. Others are open to ideas and are looking for us to inspire them with their unique designs.

Many women fall somewhere in-between and can often surprise themselves with the final design they choose.

For all of our clients, the design process is the same.

Step 1: We ask you a few initial questions to check that we can delight and excite you with our Legacy experience and that you’re ready to get started.

Step 2: You send us a photograph of your jewellery and we schedule a telephone call to find out a little more about your jewellery and what you are hoping to create with your Legacy design.

Step 3: If you’re excited to explore ideas, we will make you a consultation appointment or arrange for a fully insured postal pack so you can send your jewellery to us. You will receive a detailed receipt for your jewellery Seeing your jewellery in person enables us to create what we believe will be the perfect design for you, based on the conversations we have had and based on the exact dimensions of your diamonds and/or gemstones.

Step 4: Once we have your jewellery, it will take between 3-5 working days to create your individual and unique Legacy designs. You will receive costings and a full inventory of what diamonds, gemstones and precious metals are being used.

Step 5: If you’re thrilled, excited and bouncing off the walls with eager anticipation and give us the go-ahead, then the transformation begins! If you change your mind and decide not to proceed, then your jewellery will be returned to you.

Once you have proceeded with your Legacy design, it takes around eight to ten weeks to create your Legacy jewellery for you.

What to Expect With Your Legacy Design Experience…

Some ladies fall in love with a design immediately and ask us to get started straight away. Others request a tweak here or there to their favourite design. A few, need to mull over the decision and speak to family and friends before making the final choice. There is no right and wrong. The Legacy journey is unique for each and every one of our clients.

If you have a deadline for your Legacy piece, please do let us know as early in your journey as possible. That way we can do everything possible to ensure we design, create and complete your Legacy jewellery in time for your special celebration.
