What If I Don’t Like My Designs?

Creating a design you’re going to love takes more than just luck. Each client is looking to create a unique piece that suits their individual style and lifestyle. And each client has a unique reason for creating a Legacy piece.

So, before we get started on your designs, one of the team will give you a call to find out which of your pieces of jewellery are most important to include in your designs. We will also ask you questions in this phone call about your design preferences, in an attempt to narrow down the styles you love.

If, even after our initial discussions the designs are not 100% perfect for you, we can continue to tweak or amend your designs until we get it just right (additional designs incur a small charge which is fully refundable should you proceed with your Legacy creation.)

If you have lots of diamonds and gemstones, it may be that at this stage we ask to see your jewellery in person, so we can tweak your designs with the exact dimensions and measurements. This allows us to work out exact costings for you too.
