Eligibility: This offer is available to bearers of a Legacy Special Offer Voucher. The offer is applicable to a single transaction per customer. Cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer.
Discount Value: The offer entitles the bearer to a £250 discount on the total cost of their legacy jewellery remodelling project.
Minimum Spend: A minimum total spend of £2,000 on the remodelling project is required to qualify for the discount.
Offer Period: This offer is valid until 31/3/2024. The remodelling project must be commissioned within this period to avail of the discount.
How to Redeem: Customers must mention the offer at the time of booking their initial consultation. The discount will be applied at the final billing stage of the remodelling project.
Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher. It is not applicable to the purchase of new jewellery, repairs, or any services outside of legacy jewellery remodelling.

Discover the value of your heritage jewellery with a free verbal valuation when you book a remodelling consultation. Our experts will assess your items and guide you through the possibilities of remodelling, ensuring you make an informed decision about your precious heirloom.

Eligibility: The offer is available to all customers who schedule and attend a remodelling consultation. Limit one complimentary valuation per customer. Cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer.
How to Redeem: Customers must mention the complimentary valuation offer at the time of booking their remodelling consultation. The valuation will be conducted during the consultation appointment and a written report provided thereafter.
Valuation Scope: The complimentary valuation includes a verbal estimate of one chosen item, and the piece's value based on its condition, materials, and market factors at the time of assessment. A written appraisal will follow within 7 days of the appointment.
Appointment Requirement: An appointment for the remodelling consultation and complimentary valuation must be made in advance. The offer is subject to the availability of consultation slots and valuation experts.
No Obligation: The complimentary valuation does not obligate the customer to proceed with the remodelling service. Customers are free to use the information provided for personal reference.
